"We're Kevin Burns & Kimberly Ferstler, Glendale residents (one born and raised!) who are starting a Community Supported Agriculture group closer to our home (where we can walk to distribution rather than having to take the car--we've been driving to a CSA in Williamsburg for 3 years).
We're looking for like-minded people in our neighborhood who are interested in the CSA model for supporting locally- and sustainably-grown food; who don't mind re-using bags; who will walk/bike to distribution if at all possible; who would support (with time and/or money) a low-income portion of the CSA; who would be willing to attend Just Food workshops; who would be willing to share their cooking/canning skills; etc."
