What We Are

NYC CSA is a resource for

  • Producers (fishermen; fruit, vegetable, and livestock farmers; brewers and vintners; and producers of craft foods using locally-sourced ingredients)
  • Wholesale Purchasers (restaurant owners and distributors)
  • Individual Consumers (people looking for fresh, local produce, meat, fish, and other locally-sourced foods)

Pugh Farms Poultry

We are Pugh Farms Poultry, and we run our own poultry CSA. We offer chicken, duck, and turkey. We raise everything here in the Hudson Valley on locally milled grain. Our birds are on pasture as soon as they're able to tolerate the weather. Birds raised in the spring, summer and fall, spend their entire lives thereafter on pasture. The winter birds are in the barn when there's snow on the ground or freezing temperatures. We don't treat our birds or land with any herbicides, pesticides, hormones or antibiotics.

Farm Share

Farm Share's CSA boxes contain the same variety of fresh, delicious organic veggies and provide the same support to Norwich Meadows Farm in Norwich, NY as their traditional CSA share, but they are boxed and delivered to you right at home to make it easier to participate. We communicate with members through email newsletters, sharing recipes and news from the farm with everyone along with the weekly deliveries.

Jan Hus CSA

Jan Hus CSA is one of 19 locations supplied by Stoneledge Farm, a 100-acre certified organic farm in South Cairo, NY. The farm is owned & operated by the Kavakos family, who have been involved in CSA since 1997. Our group began in 2009, and moved to Jan Hus Presbyterian Church in 2012. In addition to the base vegetable share, we offer optional shares in fruit and coffee, with additional items sold a la carte, such as maple syrup, honey, homemade preserves, pickles, and more.
